The Opportunity
Vinexpo Asia is the leading international tradeshow for the wine and spirits sector in Asia. It was held from the 23rd to the 25th of May in Singapore and was attended by 9,984 professionals from 64 countries.
During the multi-day expo, several masterclasses were hosted. Topics ranged from Napa Valley: Varieties and Style, History of California in 5 Glasses, Crafting an Iconic Wine, Blind Wine Tasting: Guidance and Practice with a Master of Wine, among many others.
To support these sessions, Vinexpo used Congress Singapore’s Silent Conference solution.

Three Rooms. Twenty Classes. Total Audio Control.
In three silent breakout rooms, delegates took part in more than 20 exclusive wine and spirits masterclasses using Bosch Integrus infrared audio receivers. This meant that they enjoyed crisp digital audio without having it play over loud PA speakers and having it leak throughout the venue. It also meant that the spaces could be hosted side-by-side, with sessions occurring simultaneously, maximising space and efficiency.
Vinexpo Academy Masterclass and Conference attendees took their seats at each session, put on their headset, and were instantly locked in with the expert presenters who spoke using wireless handheld microphones from the front of the room.
